This study examines the sequence of microblade production at Little Pond (HiOv-89), a prehistoric lithic workshop in northeastern Alberta, through technological analysis and artifact refitting. This paper argues that the microcores from Little Pond and other sites in northeastern Alberta may be considered a far southeastern extension of the Denali complex of the far northwest.
